Return & Exchange Policy

At Hadaya – The Language of Gifts, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

Items must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include all accessories or tags (if applicable)

Please note: Refunds are not available.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange for another product, color, or design, please contact our customer support team. Replacement items will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was received

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or discounted products
• Promotional items
• Gift cards
• Perishable or consumable goods

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.

Important Notes

• Items that do not meet exchange conditions may be rejected
• Delivery fees are non-refundable
• Hadaya reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with this policy
